Customer Service Award - Independent Retailers

Mystery shoppers will visit your premises to experience your store as your customers do. They will report on all aspects of the customer journey from how you tempt your customers in to how you say goodbye and everything in between.

The mystery shopper will pay particular attention to –

  • The initial impact of the store – e.g. window displays, special offers
  • How the staff interact with customers
  • What you do that goes beyond customer expectations
  • How the services you provide delight the customers
  • Enter on-line before Friday 27th March 2009
