This category is open to all branded retail stores, with four or more branches throughout Northern Ireland, who are keen to demonstrate their customer service excellence in the retail marketplace.

Mystery shoppers will visit your store over a number of weeks. They will report on all aspects of the customer journey from how you tempt your customers in to how you say goodbye.

Mystery shoppers will pay particular attention to –

  • The initial impact of the store – e.g. window displays, special offers
  • How staff interact with customers
  • What you do that goes beyond customer expectations
  • How the services you provide delight the customers
