Tourism is an integral part of the Lisburn business economy, and this category is open to such businesses as parks, museums, galleries, leisure complexes, and any other facility that attracts tourists and visitors to the city of Lisburn.
The winner of this category will be able to show how their clients and customers can enjoy a fun-filled experience whilst visiting the tourist amenity.
Mystery shoppers will visit to experience your unique offering for themselves. They will report on all aspects of the customer experience paying particular attention to:
- The initial impact of the attraction/business
- How staff interact with customers and enhance the customer experience
- What you do that goes beyond customer expectations
- How you help promote the local area
